We only charge you 24 hours before you are due to receive your next delivery.

How do I update my address?
Log in to your account. On your dashboard, click 'Edit info' ➝ 'Edit address' ➝ 'Save'.
How do I skip a delivery?
Log in to your account. Press 'Skip' on your dashboard.
How do I change my order interval?
Log in to your account. Press 'Set next date or edit frequency' on your dashboard. Select your desired frequency.
How do I use my eGift card?
Checkout ➝ enter your gift (or discount) code.
Please note that the gift card value can only be redeemed for your first order. Subsequent orders will be charged on your payment card.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
Log in to your account. Press 'Cancel' on your dashboard.
