A quick and simple meal. Mixed vegetables , rice and of course Oriental Spice pieces. Just add sauce and season if required. I have also substituted the rice with noodles and a teriyaki sauce for another quick meal idea.

I’m not vegetarian/vegan but Sow Oriental Spices is so delicious that I would choose it over meat. It is chewy, juicy and tasty! As a Chinese I am really impressed by its Chinese Five Spices flavour. It makes me feel like home and reminds me of those times when my mom cooked traditional dishes for our family.
I like high protein plant-based food and have tried many others like Beyond Meat and Quorn Pieces, and Sow Protein way exceeds my expectations. It goes on well with many dishes. I just improvise and add these protein chunks to my meals whenever I like. But my favourite way of enjoying Sow Protein is SNACKING;) especially when I want to boost my energy during busy hours without feeling sleepy (-, - )…zzzZZZ
These soy protein chunks are so chewy and packed with amazing umami flavours! I've found them go well with different kinds of dishes, such as pasta, noodles and rice. I like to just sprinkle some on top of my everyday one-bowl/plate meals, which always bring a delicious kick of flavour. Plus they also elevate the whole nutrition level by adding extra protein. I even like to enjoy them straight from the bag as energy bites in the busy afternoons :D
We have been using sow food for a while now and we love it. Great in stir fry, ramen, wraps or on salads so versatile. Love the new packaging👍🏻

Sow's oriental spices pieces are the best plant-based meat substitutes I have found. They are juicy sweet and spicy, and a break from seitan and tofu (which I love but you can have too much of a good thing). I wish the team every success here, and one day would like to buy their products in the supermarket.
These vegan soy bites are delicious and fresh. Not too spicy and very easy to use. Raw as a healthy snack in a salad or cooked with vegetables. Extremely versatile.
